How it works

  1. The business connects its Instagram professional account through Instagram's official login.
  2. It picks an automation template, writes the texts and chooses the posts and keywords it applies to.
  3. Liberatori Chat answers comments and messages following the business's rules, and the team sees everything in the inbox.

Follows Instagram's rules

It uses Meta's official APIs. It only messages people who commented on or wrote to the account: one private reply per comment within 7 days, other messages within 24 hours of the person's last message. No unsolicited messages.
