Terms of Service

1. The service

Liberatori Chat is provided by Liberatori OÜ, Pärnu mnt 388b, 11612 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17621674. It lets a business connect its Instagram professional account and automate replies to comments and direct messages, and manage conversations and contacts. Access is by invitation only, under a contract with Liberatori.

2. Accounts and access

Whoever receives an invitation is responsible for their credentials and for what is done with their account. The workspace owner decides whom to invite and with which role.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service only with Instagram accounts you are entitled to manage.
  • Comply with Meta's Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's messaging rules: only message people who commented or wrote, within Meta's time limits.
  • No spam, no unlawful or misleading content, nothing that infringes other people's rights; no collection of special categories of data.
  • Inform the people who write to you, in your own privacy notice, about how their data is processed.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people's accounts at risk.

4. Data

The data of people who interact with the customer's account belongs to the customer, who is its controller; Liberatori processes it as a processor under the privacy policy and the data processing agreement in the contract. The customer can export and delete it at any time.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but it also depends on Instagram and Meta: if their APIs change or do not respond, some features may stop. Sending follows the rate and time limits set by Meta.

6. Liability

The customer is responsible for the content of the messages and automations it creates. To the extent permitted by law, Liberatori's liability is limited as set out in the contract with the customer.

7. End of service

The customer can disconnect the Instagram account and ask for its data to be deleted at any time. When the contract ends, data is deleted within 90 days unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting the customer. Contact: info@liberatori.eu.
